The Carolina Reaper, often known just as The Reaper, is a pepper known for its extreme spice. This month, Hungry Volcano is celebrating this amazing hot pepper.

- The Carolina Reaper was declared the hottest pepper in the world by the Guinness Book of World Records in 2013
- Its appearance is red, bumpy and gnarled, with one pointed end
