Ebesse Zozo, Togolese for "hot pepper" gets it's fiery heat from the habanero Pepper. While abundant in Togo, people eat hot foods at every meal. Ebesse Zozo is a combination of many vegetables, with the main ingredient being habanero peppers. 2004 Fiery Food Challenge Winner
