Grizzly Paw Brewing Company in Canmore has combined their Rutting Elk Red Beer with the tried and true hot sauce recipes from Hatari Bros, and Rutting Elk BBQ Sauce was born.
Ingredients: tomato paste, water, sugar, molasses, vinegar, smoke, black pepper, habanero peppers, chipotle peppers, peri peri peppers, Worcestershire (corn syrup, caramel color, anchovies, tamarind, natural flavour), garlic, salt, honey, Rutting Elk Red Beer, spices, onions.
